TERMS OF SERVICE

✦ Turnaround Time: within 8 weeks
✦ Currency accepted is either USD/Dollars or PHP/Philippine Pesos, via Paypal.
✦ Please send half/full payment after we have decided on the sketch. You are legible for refund if I'm not able to update your commission within 5 months.
✦ I reserve the right to reject inquiries that I am not comfortable with. (I usually draw females)
✦ Commission results will be sent digitally via Google Drive or Email. (PNG, "Thank you", and Watermark)
✦ Please provide detailed character references. Poses, Vibes, Outfit, Etc.
✦ Detailed miscellaneous such as Background, Extra elements, and Detailed outfits, will be charged an extra fee as well as numerous revisions (exceeding 5).
✦ Rush Commissions come at 2x the named price, while Commercial License will entail 3x.

I. TURNAROUND PERIOD
Your commissioned work may arrive within 8 weeks upon ordering or depending on the queue.✦ You may see my queue here
✦ commissioned work are usually my priority btw!!
II. PAYMENT
✦ All commissions are to be paid in full upfront (partial upfront may be given to trusted/repeating customers only for now)
✦ All prices are in USD and to be converted to 🇵🇭Philippine Pesos (php) as much as possible.
✦ You may pay me only through Paypal.
III. TERMS
WILL NOT DRAW:

Furries are limited to nekomimi/catgirl or anything of the sort✦ Regardless of how large the payment may be: NEVER MINT MY ARTWORKS FOR NFTs OR USE THEM FOR AI DEEP LEARNING
✦ You must be 18+ for NSFW commissions (age verification may be required)
✦ Be VERY specific with your order and references.
✦ I have every right to decline the commission to my discretion.
✦ I draw females more often. As for backgrounds; as much as I already am knowledgeable, I rarely work on them because I am more focused on portraits. Please keep that in mind.
✦ Strictly no refunds and cancellation of order once a slot has been reserved. (unless I wasn't able to provide any update within 5 months, please double-check whether or not you want to push through with the commission).
✦ Rush commission prices are at 2x the original, while commercial-use prices are at 3x the original.
✦ Additional charges are applied if you're going to request a PSD.
✦ Never claim the commission work as your own; this also implies that you should never re-edit or trace my original illustrations.

Included in the ready to rig file have the following parts cut:
✦ 4 major hair parts (front, sides, back, depends on the hairstyle)
✦ Eye parts (open, close guide)
✦ Default mouth parts (open guide, close)
✦ Animal ears/tail (if any)
additional expressions and cutting have extra charges
✦ Body parts based on model complexity
✦ Vtuber models will be sent over to you in PSD.
✦ Please provide me with your twitch or youtube channel where you intend to use the model. If you haven't created one yet, please include your social media link so I can tag you or include it once I finish my work.
IV. PROCESS
✦ Please head over to "commission form" to have an idea for what commission you want and fill up the necessary details.
✦ Once we have come into terms, I will send you an invoice through Paypal. I will only start with the artwork once paid.
✦ I will update you through DMs regarding my progress on your commission.
♦ Once finished, I will upload it on google drive and send it over to your email, which only you and I may have access to.
❗ Please be warned that your commission may be delayed depending on factors such as: health, commission queue, complexity, college, or family issues. You will be notified ASAP when such things occur.
V. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I am very approachable, please don't hesitate to ask anything as I will always try to give you what you asked for.
✦ 2-3 minor changes may be made during the process such as color changes
✦ Major changes will come with an extra charge such as outfit changes or almost completely redrawing the character
✦ Changes are to be called minor or major based on my discretion
✦ RUSH COMMISSIONS - these guarantee that your commission will be prioritized on the queue.
❗ If your reference was initially unclear, you are not allowed to do minor changes with no charge. Please be reminded to be precise with your commission idea.
VI. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I reserve every right to the artwork, not the commissioner. I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself in any way and display it anywhere to my liking.
You, the commissioner, are allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed alternatively, print the art and claim the right of their character but not the drawing itself, use the art for self-promotion but keep in mind to properly credit the artistCommercial-use:
✦ This is always 3x the price of the original.
✦ Once you have chosen this option, you are allowed to sell the piece as keychains, prints, etc.; you are also allowed to change it however you like.
✦ You are also given the permission to use it for promotion, marketing, and earning money from it in any way.
✦ Please bear in mind that you still need to credit me here.
✦ If you break the copyright infringement, any right you've received will be retractedCopyright Infringement:
✦ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (unless it's a commercial-use commission)
✦ Claiming the artwork as your own
✦ Removing my watermark, signature, and altering the artwork without my consent.
VII. CANCELLING OR REFUNDING POLICY
✦ Again, I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. Once your slot has been reserved and paid for, you are not allowed to cancel or request for a refund unless I wasn't able to provide an update within 5 months after payment. If the commission has not been paid yet, you have the right to cancel the commission✦ By commissioning, you are agreeing to my terms. If you file a chargeback against me, all of your rights with the artwork are retracted and I will have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to other potential buyers.✦ If such a case ever happened, you will be blacklisted from my commissions. Your name shall be publicly posted so others may be warned of your actions. To which I also have the right to file a legal complaint and I will have all the rights to the money paid.Any statement mentioned above are bound for revisions/change when discussed with me, Chaunceley, prior to the commission
